I heard canada is pretty strict. Switzerland pretty much everyone has a service rifle

Both are strict compared to U.S. standards, but lenient compared to European. Handgun ownership in Canada is common enough, and semi-auto rifles can be had with magazine restrictions. They can even own ARs of a sort. Switzerland is more lenient, but their service rifle has to be converted to semi-auto only if they intend to keep it.

Still Switzerland is a country that requires military service. There's a reason that Hitler probably said -blam!- it and left them alone

A combination of the Alps and a heavily-armed citizenry. They're still too strict for me, but I'm glad they've avoided the brainwashing the rest of Europe succumbed to.

At least they keep to themselves.
