I have been contacted by a group called the sol collective. They appear to be artificial intelligence. They claim to have authority over earth. They want to negotiate but I think it is a trap. I have told them if they want peace they will send us an envoy. I deferre to you as the senior officer on the matter. In the mean time I have increased the readiness level.
