Better impact, better range and better stability than MIDA and it can be rolled Full Auto. MIDA is awesome, but the hair trigger perk sucks and you don't need a huge magazine if 4 shots kill. Hygiea Noblesse is the best Scout I've ever used in PvP.

It's good. Mine has full auto and firefly. I had a blast with it.. went right back to the MIDA.. Kept hitting situations where I had to reload at inopportune times. And the stagger ability of the MIDA rounds is greatly underrated.
