I've yet to go flawless but last week I thought we were gonna get it...we were 6-0 going into our 7th match, and the other fireteam started spamming us with party inv...so we play a few rounds and we are winning 3 to 0 finally I accept one of the invites.
It was there entire fireteam and they were very polite and kind. Finally while my friends beat them 4-0 they asked if they could please beat us bc it is there last fight before lighthouse they were 8-0. So call me a sap or soft or whatever but I inv my friends and explained the situation and they agreed as did I.
So the entire rest of the game we would run at them and dance letting them kill us. They stayed in the party at the lighthouse and we're telling us what they got...really a great group of guys.
[spoiler]I let them win bc clearly it was more important to them than it was my team. At the end of the day I felt like a good person.[/spoiler]

Normally I would resent people asking that, but if somebody was really that close I would like to do the same. As long as I wasn't ruining a solid run of my own. It gives me hope that if I am ever that close i too can ask for some help. Although i do realize I will be probably told to "get bent".

Congrats to you and your whole fireteam. People take a game way to serious. When I play anything I laugh and joke around its all fun anyways. You deserve 9-0 if we run across your team in trials my warlock shall salute you

You never know no man...we were 6-0 it was our 7th match but they were closer and wanted it more, oh well maybe I'll get there this week.

7/10 of the time people who message that are not 8-0.

I mean they joined us in the tower afterwards and showed off the adept weapons, one of them got the jewel of osiris (void)...so I do feel like it was legit...plus all of them all of a sudden had the emblem.
