Is it me or this shader stopped dropping? I used to have it and deleted it a while ago and now I want it back but it hasn't drop. Any idea if they changed the loot table?

I'm pretty sure it works like cryptographic does on crota. They drop every time on normal if you dont have them in your inventory, but only on normal, and only after beating the boss
