Like I said I've been playing since the first month it came out. It's literally one of the rarest guns in the game. I'm gonna tell you the same thing Bungie is going to tell you. There is no logic. It's all random drops. And that's the point. If everyone had the rarest gun in the game. It wouldn't be rare.
