The best one is that sniper that shoots projectiles...I forget what it's name is...and don't listen to anyone here. They are going to tell you to grab a sniper with stupid high aim assist and perks that bump it up even more. Great if you want your hand held while sniping but if you're a hardcore sniper as you say I'd hoped you would stray away from the crutch of needing it as most people in this forum do. Hell my one sniper has a perk that decreases grenade cool down and I manage to do just fine with it. Perks such as hidden hand are for people who have never picked up a sniper but still want to snipe. Unflinching is for people who aren't decent enough to get a shot off first or can't correct their aim after getting shot (which is sad, I mean come on it jumps like a millimeter and keeps you zoomed in how much more help do you people need.) Snapshot is useless unless you're trying to quickscope like an idiot. The one that let's you draw the wep faster might be nice.
