This is more of a crutch than actual help for bad players. It destroys any motivation for other people to get better at this game. Never carry or help people who do not desire to improve in the game. It diminishes their ability to improve. Unless its your g/f or you are trying to get laid. Then that is fine. Down voted for being a bad idea. You all should be trying to improve yourselves by your own means and standards, not letting people carry you through everything.... It is a huge downfall for any game where people with raid/trials gear, don't even know how to play the raid/trials. it hinders the people who have actually taken the time to learn, and its just not fair forcing them to carry dead weight every time they play.
