Shoulder charge does 2k damage in pve
X3 b/c of PG
X3 b/c of arc burn
X2 b/c of brawler
X2 b/c of airborne
Gets a damage output of 72k

Is damage output not capped at 32,000 (unless the weak point has a 3xweakness like the neck of a fallen walker?) I only ask as the celestial nighthawk should do more damage in solar nightfall but it's capped.

Yep, Celestial Nighthawk is capped :( they probably capped the greaves too. Its be logical, people could abuse them just as much as the nighthawk
