My disabilty and why I need help
Hello Bungie my name is Tyler and I play destiny almost everyday of the week on ps4 and I am a huge fan of the game. I have a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy or SMA which is a form of Muscular Dystrophy. The disease affects my muscles which makes certain aspects of the game more difficult and I end up dying a lot ;for example,when I am in Crucible, Trials of Osiris, prison of elders, and some raids. I have done everything I can in destiny but I always have to be with a really good team to be able to get through raids, and crucible matches; however, with the new prison of elders arena I have only been able to do levels 28 and 32 and I die continuously on those low levels. For me to be able to beat levels 34 and 35 of prison of elders would be impossible. To upgrade my weapons and armor I need etheric light, weapon cores, and armor cores and I can only get that from levels 34 and 35 of prison of elders. I know I can get etheric light in nightfall strikes too but its a rare drop and I would be way behind everyone else which sucks. On trials of Osiris and crucible I am too slow for everyone on and I think I just need the vex mythoclast and etheric light to upgrade my armor to stand a chance. But I was wondering if somebody from bungie or activision could help me and give me the vex mythoclast, some etheric lights, and some of both the weapon and armor cores. if this is possible it would help me greatly and if you need proof I have my disease I can send you copies of pictures and documentation so please if you can help let me know and ill send you my account information so you can add everything onto my gaming account. 1 ReplyThe PS4 has a new feature that lets you reconfigure your controller to suit your needs. Maybe if you switched the buttons around, it'll help you in your future endeavors.

1 ReplyIf your issue is controller size, there are adapters on the market that allow you to use other controllers for Xbox One/PS4. That way you could use the perfect controller for you. Also, if I had ANY way to get in touch with companies that make custom controllers, I'd send them your story so they could possibly make a controller with easy-squeeze buttons and a smaller controller. But it's hard to get people to recognize less popular people.

1 ReplySorry man, I'm on the Xbox, but I'd say your best bet is to join a clan with lots of mature members who are willing to help. Also, maybe it would help if you changed the controls so it would be easier to access the buttons? I'm sure there are also custom controllers that you can buy that would also help.

2 RepliesI'm not sure why you'd think having those things would make a difference. Would you live a little longer as a 34 in lvl 34 PoE? Yeah. Except it still wouldn't be one hell of a difference since both Trials and PoE come down to overall teamwork. The guns and higher stats wouldn't make someone a shit ton better. That's like expecting someone who's inaccurate as hell to do well with a really good sniper b/c it's a good sniper..
