How are people so good at sniping?!
I consider myself a decent sniper, but when I go into Crucible, I'm wrecked beyond belief. There are guys who headshot me the very second they scope in. It's -blam!-ing ridiculous! I don't understand how they do it!
EDIT: A lot of people are saying that they get their skill from Halo. However, I actually snipe very well in Halo, but not-so-well in Destiny.

I love sniping I enjoy maintaing distance sometimes. What you wanna look at isn't just the power but scope range between how far you can see. Then aim on your sight match the dot with the enemy based on his or her movement pattern then shoot.

A lot depends on the rifle itself. I swear my "final boss" has better head tracking than the average sniper rifle. It's on my warlock I think.

I just got through watching a 3 part series on this posted here last night. True Vanguard was showing us how it's done in his youtube channel. I was amazed but it seems legit. It takes a lot of knowledge and prep to be the best though apparently.

Final round usually is the culprit. Doesn't have to be a head shot to kill you in one

For me, i have no idea how to even land a hit with a sniper since I'm SUPER horrible using a sniper.i find it really hard to snipe someone who's moving side to side. Sorry, if I sound like a noob.

I haven't watched that video yet, but if you know the map, you know exactly what part of the wall to aim at in order to get a headshot on someone as soon as the walk around the corner.

Practice practice practice. I've been trying to get better at sniping, so i sacrifice my KD, go into crucible, and just use snipers. It's working ever so gradually.

If they have hide hand on their sniper, it provides more aim assist.
