Use a high stability mid impact sniper. Such as Her Benevolence, LDR 5001, and Shadow of Veils. Those are my personal favorites.
EDIT - Also make sure to have a Mid/Short range scope like an Ambush, TacSys, or Shortgaze.

Shortgaze is the best because it gives +10 aim assist.
