So my ears do this thing where they randomly start to ring throughout the day, usually one side at a time, but as I am sitting here on b.net I get this intense ringing in both ears at the same time, which is not normal... Does anyone know the cause of this, and if so, will it end up killing your beloved OP?

Could be perforated eardrums, even a tiny bot is enough to be annoying, caused by all sorts of things, spund/vibration/even energy sources. The guy who said dehydration could also be right, either way drink more water to be safe (you should always have clear pee to know for sure, barring dyes) it will go away either way. I get it too, comes and goes, worse when is quiet.

Dude don't listen to any of the other comments, the answer is simple, you aren't drinking enough water. If you are dehydrated or you don't drink enough water your ears will start to ring.

Your ears are shot. Look up tinnitus
-
It's called tinnitus https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinnitus
-
You need to take Quietus

I read somewhere that it's when one of the tiny hairs in your ears die and you lose a minute portion of your hearing. Also constant ringing is tinnitus and is caused by blood flow in the neck that your ears pick up.

Edited by MLP Cobalt: 6/14/2015 5:02:53 AMWhen your ears ring, it means your brain is attempting to repair itself, and FAILS!! but seriously get that checked…

I don't know what it is but it happens to me too

Its a thing

It's something. I forgot what it's called. It's pretty much the effect of listening to loud noises throughout the years. It could lead to hearing problems if it worsens.

I have it sometimes, it's nothing to worry about, but if it lasts for a few hours when it usually doesn't? See a doctor

I get this too, it's been happening since I was a little kid
