The last time I had five guys, I threw up the day after (many times) and had to go to the hospital because they thought I had appendicitis. I had blood drawn and then I got an IV in my right hand and they drew more blood. I then had some saline injected which helped relax me and cooled me down. Then I had to go get a CT scan so I had more medicine injected and I felt really warm. After my CT scan I fell asleep and they made me drink Gatorade.
