Agreed.
Shoulder Charge is most definitely not OP. You cannot use it and dominate in any lobby with competent players. Anything that is deemed as OP should be able to dominate almost all of the time.

Agreed, I almost never get killed by a shoulder charge, or use it to kill an enemy.
