Morning (after waking up) Needs
Anything you can't go without after waking up? I should mention some people have evening or night shifts so, not everyone wakes up at sunrise.
Personally speaking I can't go without a good cup of coffee!

Eating or drinking in the morning gives me a pretty bad stomach ache. I just pee. If it's the weekend and I wake up in the afternoon I raid the fridge and pantry.
