While in Destiny orbit, or any activity, inspecting another character, with the cursor placed over their Strength, Intellect, and Discipline icons, the description is one that matches your character, and not that of the inspected player. As a Warlock with Sunsinger subclass, inspecting any other player (for example a Hunter with subclass Gunslinger), hovering overtop of their intellect rating, will read: "Intellect decreases cooldown time of Radiance..." Where as the Hunter does not have the Radiance ability.
