I killed a titan during his Fist of Havoc animation.

I did yesterday with the Lord of Wolves. That gun is a BEAST!

It seems like it. Though I can't say I regret getting Dreg's Promise and Queenbreaker's before it, but it's for sure going to be mine soon.
