From the description it doesn't sound like there will be any damage lmao. Look at the vids, the enemies just recoiled a little. The super description just says it "slows your enemies for your fireteam". Sounds like a pile of chit for pvp, and everywhere else. Warlock will still be the most OP class. If that warlock class has blink then everyone will play that.
