Sadly, unless you choose to 'ban' the kid from ever using the internet, he'll run into them. There's nothing anyone can do about it. Fact of the matter is there are good guys and bad guys, those jumped-up pricks get kicks from hurting others, it's pathetic and can probably 'dish out' insults but cannot take them. My advice - set up privacy settings before he gets on the game.
