I just recommend that you look out for him, and posting this, to me, sounds like you are, but since both of you are brothers, just try to be a part of a Party Chat unless both of you are sharing a system, then in that case, talk to the other fireteam members in the future before he starts any activity with randoms, especially if you get them off the fourms. Technically, your brother is not suppose to play Destiny, but, we have parents buying their young (Let's say five years old) kids Call of Duty, so, I can't blame you on that, since Destiny is not that violent, to me anyways. Also, hitting the View/Select Button lets you see the other players Gamertags, so I just recommend blocking and reporting them, and report them multiple times if you want, but it's only necessary to do it once. If your brother has friends his age that plays Destiny on the same system, please, get those people instead. Some people are willing to help your brother out in Destiny and that's very respectful of them to do so get them instead, just warn them if your brother has some triggers of outbursts and anger, as that would help out especially. I wouldn't mind playing with you or your brother, or both, but since you're Xbox Users, you're shit out of luck if you want me. PlayStation User, so sorry.
