..but you had the phone for a year, in the year that it was new. That is the difference.
If you buy a graphics card (or pretty much anything in the world) when it first comes out, it is cheaper a year later.
That being said, I'm not happy with how they bundled the DLC. There should be a version with just the Taken King and all the shaders/sparrows and class items.

aren't they selling somenthing new for free for those that doesnt have the game ? and for us that have bought everything they are charging us $40... dont you guys understand that ?

Or... They are selling something new AND bundling the old stuff for free? Don't you understand that? Clearly it's about incentivising the Destiny experience to players who otherwise wouldn't try it. It's about maximising profit and increasing the player base. Why would I care that someone gets the vanilla game for free? They didn't get to experience the first year!! I do, however, disagree with bundling the class items with that edition. The players that would care about that stuff the most are the day 1 players. Planet Destiny did a good article about it.
