Everyone knows the ESRB is just a guideline not a LAW lol...he can play whatever the f*k he wants and what does too young has to do with anything about 2 assholes kicking him from completing Skolas? ESRB is not f*king rule, a guideline to inform users so the game companies don't get sued...smh

  • Pretty sure its more than a guideline bro.....send a teenager to buy an M rated game next time it comes out with one because the store won't sell it to them. Sounds like a rule to me...

From the ESRB website: While ESRB’s regulatory oversight extends only to video game developers and publishers, ESRB works diligently to ensure that consumers are presented with rating information wherever video games are promoted, and that access to material intended for older viewers is appropriately restricted. And what happens when a 11 year old buys a rate M game??? NOTHING HAPPENS because it's not illegal. There are no f*king regulation because any kid can go amazon with any credit card or gift card and buy said rated M game. What do you call a rule that's not enforced? A GUIDELINE LMAO.

  • What about laws that are not enforced? Pretty sure it's still a law. Every store I've been to I've seen card people, not all do i am aware of that.

  • What do you think? Laws that are not enforced like spitting on the ground? Then they're really just guidelines aren't they. You shouldn't do it but no one is going do anything if you do lol. I don't know where you live but maybe they enforce them more closely there but at the end of the day, you can just buy it online lol and kids these days can do that better than any of us.

  • They pulled you over, that's called enforcing the law bud...letting you off because the officer is being nice or hiring lawyers to get it reduced to improper equipment don't mean sh!t. Pointless argument.

  • A cop pulling you over is not enforcing the law?....Then are they're just pulling you over for fun? You do know they give a warning ticket even if they let you off and those do go into the records?...they know how many warnings you've gotten and some states, those warning tickets count towards their monthly quotas. Please actually understand the law before talking about it...f*ing kids don't know sh!T these days.

No, seems like he is providing you a guideline, not FULLY enforcing the law. You don't agree that not all laws are enforced? Surely you can't be that dense... Also who the eff are you, judge, jury and executioner??? You know EVERY aspect of EVERY law?? If so, i apologize in advance. But please don't talk down to me "kid" Going by your cute little 89 in your tag, you are the kid.

  • Lol. Who are you? Some dipsh!t arguing about "enforcing" the law when you don't know sh!t about it. I'm the one who told you not all laws are enforced hence it essentially being a guideline.
What do you think? Laws that are not enforced like spitting on the ground? Then they're really just guidelines aren't they.
Traffic laws are enforced hence why you get pulled over when you speed. If it's not enforced, then you wouldn't of gotten pulled over in the first place. Whether you get off or not is a whole different matter. If you're not a kid, then God help you...cause you're f*king moron.

Ya for right, I'm just gonna go ahead and end my miserable excuse of a life now. My apologies for questioning the great all knowing God you are. Also your lack of proper grammar may have contributed to our misunderstanding, talk about me being a moron...

I'm not God and I didn't tell you to end your own life but if you do, this world would probably be a better place.

  • Since you aren't dead yet, present tense is fine. "Dead man" is an idiom hence "Dead man walking." You can't win an argument so you're going to troll...what pathetic waste of space. #MUTED
