Her work refers to Ikora Rey and the Dubious Task (again and again), which grants you Ikora's requests.
The glow refers to the weaponds esthethics... since it glows from within a black frame..
It possesses infinite forms - infinite bullets
Now, you have been granted the power to accomplish all, for it is near the end of the never-ending cycle... the Invective has last round which explains the granted power to accomplish all at the end. However, it is not the end because it will regenerate ammo.

Just saw that this is not the answer... you have to admit it does fit though.... Do you create your riddles knowing some other answers might fit? haha

It mostly fits, but the riddle as a whole has to showcase the answer. There is a better fit.

The infinite forms being infinite bullets is where the argument falls short. Other than that, I would be mad at myself for making a riddle with two answers.
