First of all, pre release trailers, E3 demos or anything shown before a game releases is not a "promise" of anything. Every game changes during development, sometimes right up until it has gone gold and been sent off for disc manufacturing. If you are still judging a game based on what you see in pre release trailers and marketing hype, then it's your own fault when you are disappointed. Second, Bungie actually DID say that they were working on a raid to release later this year, but they did not soecidit what it was or when and they never said anything about it being free. It's probably safe to assume that the raid they were talking about is the Oryx raid in The Taken King, and that we will not be receiving another raid after that in 2015.
