You clearly didn't read.
Those "year one player rewards" have already been gone over and aren't the things in the high packages.

You're right, just skimmed through. That link was to reference the option for those who already had the previous expansions. But on a side note how much of an xp boost do we need after a year?

With the levels show in the trailer being 45, 49, 50... If they scale exp at all any help will be needed or nice to help lessen the grind.

Very true but if levels stay armor based like HOW it's a matter of get armor or etheric light. Personally I'd like it if it was like the first 20 levels a little more so we weren't done so quickly. That would completely legitimize your opinion.
