Ohhhhhh I get it. It's sunsetting the shader because it's after you get to max crotas bane reputation (finishing her work). Also it is at the end of a never ending cycle between night and day (sunset is at the end of the day). The sunset is the last light before darkness. So I guess "taking on the times turn" is putting on the shader itself.
