The year one rewards are for people who own dlc 1 and 2 before 31 August 2015 and purchase ttk before 2 jan 2016! How will new comers get that if they purchase the whole game on the 15th September?????

That's exactly my point you dull -blam!-!!!! How is a new player, who buys the collector edition, going to have a level 30 character, two weeks before the collector edition is available to buy???? Hence everyone who played the game in year one gets the year 1 founders rewards
