The raids are not the be all end all of the game and never was or ever were going to be such either.
Plus the moment you played the game you agreed to their eula which states they have the right to change/add/remove anything they need to for any reason and no they don't have to ask your permission first or care if you like it or not. Nor do they even have to come out and say why they are doing it either. They fact they do is their choice.
So it means the moment you bought the game and played it no matter what was advertizes did not ever have to be what was going to be in the dlc no matter what and no it is not false advertizing either by them doing that.
Dont like then dont play, plain and simple.

You dont have to sign anything you agreed to it the moment you played the game. You do not have to click or sing anything ever in video games. For it states within the eula that playing the game is the same as agreeing to it no matter if you want to think it is not. You can have an opinion about what they do and they have the free will to not care if you don't like it at all. for they do not have to care what every player wants or thinks about the game nor will they ever. So no they do not ever have to care if you dont like what they did about the raid at all ever or about any of the changes to the content ever. It is their full rights to make any changes, remove anything no matter if any players like it or not. they could cancel the service the moment their first contract is up and nothing could be done about it if they wanted too. and none of it would be false advertizing either like so many like to cry and try and use as their pathetic excuse for their whining the game is not how they want.
