The raids are not the be all end all of the game and never was or ever were going to be such either. Plus the moment you played the game you agreed to their eula which states they have the right to change/add/remove anything they need to for any reason and no they don't have to ask your permission first or care if you like it or not. Nor do they even have to come out and say why they are doing it either. They fact they do is their choice. So it means the moment you bought the game and played it no matter what was advertizes did not ever have to be what was going to be in the dlc no matter what and no it is not false advertizing either by them doing that. Dont like then dont play, plain and simple.
