Sounds like a good idea but the reason the only weapon in that "class" is a white they aren't powerful enough to hurt any enemy. Plus most of us play this game for futuristic guns like the vex if you want old guns play CoD or battlefield

Never said, "We wanted to play Destiny for older guns." We would just like some extra content. If you don't like that content, don't utilize it.

Then never mind that part but the reason the one weapon that is like that is white is because no weapons from our time should be able to hurt aliens. That's why we had to innovate and make these different more powerful weapons.

Edited by colonel4h2: 6/19/2015 2:01:28 AMI made a recent change that seems to deal with that situation. The weapons could be upgraded in a variety of ways. Take the M16. You would be upgrading that to turn it into a high-powered plasma-shooting assault rifle.
