The Nine maybe?? They play pretty big roles & are mentioned a lot in this expansion...

We still don't know enough about them to wage a full fledged war on them. And considering xur refers to exotics as junk that the 9 doesn't want, I'd say they're probably exponentially more powerful than guardians

True... I duhno... I thought the queens bro would be somewhere in this expansion (since he was in video clips back near release) but he isn't... So maybe still Fallen based fade but he is involved somehow...

Kings are the only way it's fallen. Devils are down due to dead Kell (grimoire) and dead servitor (Devils lair) Wolves are out for obvious reasons. Winter is also dead, due to HoW. Rain is only mentioned in grimoire, judgement is an ally. The Kings servitor and Kell both are in hiding. That's why in that mission for Petra it's only Barons from the Kings emissary.
