Mk was before online. The games aren't the problem anyway. It's online. There is a age requirement. It's false documentation to agree and sign when not of age. Sony and Microsoft overlook it because they assume if you get online anyway then you know what you're getting into. Which is how I feel about it. Don't be online if you can't deal

Ok dude. So when it happens to you, just deal with it man. Have you ever set up a sub account for a child? I set up sub accounts for both of my kids, didn't lie about their age at all, and they have online access. It's something called "parental consent". The game has a ESRB rating of Teen, not mature. The age rating is based on the content of the game. For instance, Destiny has it's rating because of Animated Blood and Violence, doesn't say anything about online...... Edit..funny how people complain about immaturity of children when it's the adults that we really have a problem with. The children learn from them and adopt their behaviors.

My girlfriend's younger brother plays on ps3. I'd take up for him to of it went down that way. I've told him as well. If you can't accept b.s. happens with people like that. Stay offline. I do understand what you're saying. I am in no way defending the other person.

  • But you are defending people and behaviors like that by just standing by and doing nothing. I'm not saying you have to do or say anything, but almost everyone has the same attitude of "It happens, get over it". It just blows my mind how we treat each other and that nothing will happen to this guy.
