Well as much as I feel bad for your bro, part of your story is incorrect. You can't invite people to POE at all after wave 6 starts, so he could have been kicked, but he was not replaced with anyone.

Can you wipe after beating Skolas but not have to redo the fight? I've always wondered what would happen if all three people died falling into the treasure room after but never cared enough to risk it to find out.

Notice I said "after wave 6 starts". I know of how to get in for the skolas fight, but you can't get in after.

Actually u can inv, u just have to wipe and you get a couple of seconds to join
