It's not about being entitled though. It is about not having to purchase a second copy of Destiny. In any type of business you will have loyal customers. Screw over those customers and see how well off your business will be. Those that have stuck around since beta deserve some type of reward. I mean the actual game was split up into 1 game and two DLC's and sold. That already is complete crap. But besides that it is really dumb they are not offering some cheaper version of the collectors edition. I am buying just the DLC so I don't have a horse in this race but I don't like seeing people get screwed over. Especially since those that have been around since launch and before know how much we have already been screwed over.
