Samething happened to me on a lvl34 POE, beat it and about to drop into the treasure room and they kick me from the fire team, no reason, I basically carried them through it because they sucked so bad but all I could do was curse at my tv and never join anyone else's fire team that I do not trust, always be the fireteam leader if you don't want this to happen.
