They are buying old content. Do you get pissed when this happens with every other games GOTY edition?
Save your outrage for something that makes sense.

How many GOTY editions do you know that give you extra in game items over players that have had said game for that amount of time. Also when did it become acceptable for DLC to be $40
-
It's a full expansion for $40. In size and scale they say it is about the same size as the first disc. And lots of GOTY editions gave away extras. Cry me a river.
-
This is the new wave man Season passes usally cost 40-60 dollars a year so it sounds about right. It's lame but it's about the going rate. This is not going anywhere this has been the trend for awhile and is still the current trend.
-
Only because consumers pay it. If there was a way to organize a movement to stop spending on DLC and Season Passes on the consumer side I bet you'd see a massive price drop
-
No you'd see an end to AAA games and more mobile crap.
-
But this is how it's gonna be from here on out might as well get used to it. I'd paid 70 bucks flat out for games if they came complete.
-
But they won't because you have already resigned your self to "this is how it'll be from here on out" As the consumer you have say over the market. Use that power by not pre ordering and waving off steep DLC(cut content) prices.
-
People have been complaining about this for years but the thing is. You still want the product they know that and you will more then likely pay it.
-
Exactly the only road to change is to take action
-
Use your energy and resources on something that will make a real difference.
-
I'd be on that quick
