Be lvl 30 "OR" have the previous dlcs. It's in the text of the actual add. So it's not wrong.
Plus being hitting max lvl takes maybe a week if you're slow now?

Do you think people will spend money on a game they haven't played knowing that TTK is coming out soon. To me it will be stupid to pick up the game now and then pay again for the same game down the road for a few bonus items. In other words the collectors edition has no weight in the vip rewards.

Seriously... Can you not read the ad? "Lvl 30 by August 30th OR have both previous dlcs" Aka if you buy it you will have the two dlc's. Especially if you get a digital download because the codes will be entered already.

The ad means the purchase of HOW and TDB not the purchase of the TTK since you get both with TTK read the "AD"
