Not tryin to be a dick but maybe your 11 year old brother shouldn't be playing Teen rated games in the first place. Bullying is wrong but it's unfortunately never gonna stop. People online can't be censored so you can't expect young kids not to run into assholes every once in a while if they're gonna play online.

Just because people do it doesn't mean it's acceptable. And it sounds to me like this guy would've kicked anyone playing with him... So age really doesn't matter in this scenario.
