Like someone said before August 30 you have to hit level 30, so people that pick up only the collectors edition cannot get the vip rewards. Do you think people will spend money on a game they haven't played knowing that TTK is coming out soon.
To me it will be stupid to pick up the game now and then pay again for the same game down the road for a few bonus items.
In other words the collectors edition has no weight in the vip rewards.
