Seriously... Can you not read the ad?
"Lvl 30 by August 30th OR have both previous dlcs"
Aka if you buy it you will have the two dlc's.
Especially if you get a digital download because the codes will be entered already.

The ad means the purchase of HOW and TDB not the purchase of the TTK since you get both with TTK read the "AD"
