1) Fortify defenses and gather artifacts
2) Strident-class Frigates
3) All Spartans must start out with MJOLNIR Recruit. After proving themselves, they may then choose to customize their MJOLNIR with new armor and Support and Tactical Packages. They are heavily advised to not choose modifications based on appearance. (Oh the irony)
