I've only played with a few younger kids and the only thing I've noticed is they talk a lot more than I do. That's not a bad thing because I barely talk much, they call me the Ninja because people forget I'm in the party. Then when I speak, everyone's like "Holy Shit, you talked" LOL! I don't really care about people's age when playing as long as you can play. I don't believe in being rude to people in your party, that just not the way to treat people. I believe the way you treat people in your party indicates what kind a person you are in real life. If you are a dick in my party, you won't be in my party for long I hope you find some good people to play with.
