Only time I have problem with younger players is when they don't follow what everyone else Is doing. If it's a talkative group, talk. If it's not a talkative group, please keep conversation to a minimum. Also, unless specifically asked, don't run the raid. Most everyone knows what they are doing and an over confident child barking orders is a good way to get muted.
