My lungs are chronically -blam!-ed up which cause me to cough every few minutes or so. From the occasional echo that happens on the xbone I've heard myself cough plenty, and it really is annoying to hear. That's why I keep myself muted all the time, unless I need to say something important. Just common sense if you ask me
