It's unfortunate that this happens to you, and other fellow squeakers. But the problem is that most young people you find yourself playing with are always...
1. Rude and obnoxious. Most children I've played with scream and rage over the smallest things, like for example one time a young kid ran out of heavy and wanted all of us to stop and do that stupid heavy ammo glitch. When the rest of us said "no, just burn a synth and play on" he started screaming to the point he was almost in tears and then started calling us things that would get you punched in the face IRL. All because we didn't do what he wanted.
2. Blame others for their lack of skill, or blame others for mistakes that obviously were completely on them. I've had squeakers lose their shit because a Supplicant blew them up and I wasnt there to "watch his back" even though he said "don't worry about me im a one man army"
3. Crack awful racist/other hateful jokes constantly and won't stop when asked.
Squeaker: *Makes some stupid joke about black people, and keeps making them"
Me: Come on man that's not funny, can't you hear that none of us are laughing?
Squeaker: Stfu loser, just because you are a n****r lover..
Me: Whoa whoa hold on do you hear that?
Squeaker: What?
Me: it's the sound of squeaker breaking orbit!
*kicks player*
Look I can go on and on but that's not really the point I'd like to make. The thing is that all of the horrible kids we've played with have given the majority of young players a bad name. And we don't want to deal with them. Plain as that.
People are going to judge you, whether your mature or not. Best thing to do? Don't take it personally. Getting "bullied" online is nothing like getting bullied IRL.
Whatever happens, I wish you luck. And while this may sound slightly rude and I promise I'm not trying to be... mute your mic. Let your skills say who you are.
