I think you are right about some people being too sensitive in this community. That is hard to deny. That's been a general problem for years now--at the least since Reach. Whether or not this is a case of people overreacting... I just don't know. That's part of the reason I set up this poll.

It was completely inappropriate. Players are feeling lied to, shafted and ignored. That's NOT the time to have a laugh at their concerns when you're the only spokesman for the company that's come out of the gopher hole.
