What else could it be? There is only two ghost shells in the game currently. It makes sense to add a new one just for the day 1 people.

I think that's pretty insignificant and silly. I'd much rather have something I can actually use, like an exotic weapon or armor, rather than a ghost that I only see when I go to orbit or bust out my sparrow.
