I'm okay with people that are under 13 getting reported. Shouldn't be playing in the first place, there is an age rating on the game for a reason. For parents to ignore their kids and what they are playing is ignorant. Which is a main problem with society is kids get these kinds of games on a daily basis, get desensitized to everything around them, and have problems with their attitudes.
