Witcher 3 already has more content than Destiny ever possibly could have, if it ever manages to survive their 10 year plan
...i know those are two different games, but also 2 different companies with completely different attitude towards their player bases

When Witcher 3 came out everyone at Bungie sent job applications to CDPR and Bethesda.. oh wait, Bethesda already recruiting out the best Bungie talent.

i don't have a clue what was the total budget for Destiny neither i know what it was for Witcher 3, and i doubt the customers (i.e. players) do, and i also dounbt they care, what we see if the final product (i.e. game)

Witcher 3 Wild hunt $15 million. Destiny at $500 million for the "ten year plan" so From that we can extrapolate that about $100 million for Destiny. I care as an investor in games and games companies.
